1. Return Policy
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Returns are only accepted in case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged product
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items bought on sale or discount are not eligible for return.
- Change of mind or size issues are not applicable for return.
3. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only for defective or wrong items.
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is out of stock for exchange
- Or return is approved due to a valid issue
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred via bank account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
5. Return Process

6. Shipping Charges
- Customers will bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
