At TheTrenzia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted in case of:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Defective or damaged product

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on sale or discount are not eligible for return.
  • Change of mind or size issues are not applicable for return.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only for defective or wrong items.
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The product is out of stock for exchange
    • Or return is approved due to a valid issue
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred via bank account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

6. Shipping Charges
